FAQ

Do I need the Payment ID or Order ID?

Usually no. Paying the exact amount to the invoice address is enough. If there’s an issue, we may ask for your transaction hash (TXID) and the Payment ID to locate it quickly.

Can I send directly from CoinSpot/Swyftx to the invoice?

Yes. Just match the coin and network shown on your invoice and send the exact amount.

Which network should I use for USDT?

Use the exact network the invoice shows (e.g., ERC20 or TRC20). Using a different network can delay or fail the payment.

What if the invoice expires?

Just go back to checkout and create a fresh invoice. If you paid after expiry, contact support with your TXID & Payment ID.

Safety notes

  • Double-check the address & network before sending.
  • Never share your wallet recovery phrase with anyone.
  • For large orders, send a small test amount first.
