The products are not medicines, dietary supplements, or food products, are not registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), and are not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). They must not be used for any purpose that would contravene Australian law, including the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and the Poisons Standard (SUSMP).

By purchasing, the buyer warrants and certifies that they are a bona fide researcher, at least 18 years of age, and that the products will only be used in lawful research. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the importation, possession, handling, storage, and use of all products and affirms that such activities are lawful in their jurisdiction. ResearchLabs Australia makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal status of any product in any territory outside Australia.

Orders are shipped at the buyer's risk. ResearchLabs Australia is not liable for customs seizures, shipping delays, or legal consequences in the buyer's country. Due to the nature of the products, no returns, refunds, or reshipments are offered on research chemicals. All sales are final and all payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable and non-reversible.

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResearchLabs Australia, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the purchase, handling, possession, use, or resale of any product.
